Please note the regulations concerning your stay at the airport and flight.
The terminal information employees are the first point of contact for passengers and visitors that need help at the airport or have any questions.
Terminal 3, departure
Opening hours: 4 am to 9 pm
Service employees will help passengers with questions concerning the check-in process at the self-service check-in facilities and Self Bag Drop areas. They help passengers drop off their luggage at the Self Bag Drop.
Terminal 1 and 3, departure
You are at the right place, if you are looking to gather a simple overview just before your flight. On the interactive pillars with the touchscreen functions, passengers can access their flight and have the route to the check-in counter or gate displayed. This is also possible for the location of shops or restaurants.
These information pillars also provide arriving passengers with helpful tips, such as an overview plan to orient themselves at the airport or the Transport and Tariff Authority of Stuttgart page for onward journeys with route planners for public transport.

Have you left something behind at the gate or in one of our shops? The airport security staff are the right people to contact if you have lost any items at the airport.
