School holidays: Longer waiting times possible

Due to the start of the holidays, there may be longer waiting times. Travellers are advised to arrive at the airport no earlier than 3 hours and no later than 2 hours before departure. Please find more tips  here.

The terminal information employees are the first point of contact for passengers and visitors that need help at the airport or have any questions.

Opening hours: 4 am to 12 pm

Service employees

Service employees will help passengers with questions concerning the check-in process at the self-service check-in facilities and Self Bag Drop areas. They help passengers drop off their luggage at the Self Bag Drop.

Lost property

Have you left something behind at the gate or in one of our shops? The airport security staff are the right people to contact if you have lost any items at the airport.
