The visitors’ terrace offers a unique view of the apron. From there, you can see aeroplanes docking at the passenger boarding bridges and watch take-offs and landings – often at close quarters.

A bustling airport: Before an aeroplane takes off again, many tasks are carried out simultaneously. Spectators can watch as the aircraft are refuelled, cleaned and loaded or unloaded. Catering supplies are also delivered. This paints a vivid picture of day-to-day operations at Stuttgart Airport.
