The fire station of the Stuttgart Airport Fire Department - technology, training and teamwork for maximum safety at the airport.

Level 1
The breathing apparatus training facility and a sports room are located on level 1 of the head-end building. The hall area mainly houses technical rooms and storage areas. The hose workshop is also housed here - with a hose tower that extends over three levels.

The head section of this level houses offices for the operations management, shift management and the first-aid station. There are also 2 separate vehicle bays for small vehicles - one for the rescue service and one for the command vehicles.
Also on level 2: 3 large vehicle halls for the heavy emergency vehicles. They are divided into the areas of aircraft fire protection, building fire protection and technical assistance. There is also a separate hall for the roll-off containers.

Level 3
The third level of the main building houses the offices of the fire department management and the department heads. The fire department control centre, the room for organizational operations management in the event of a major incident, a training room and a lounge and dining room for the fire department team are also located here.
The rest rooms for the emergency services are located in the hall wing - directly above the vehicle halls.
