Our values
Our binding values are enshrined in the fairport Code. They shape our day-to-day interactions and provide guidance – for a working environment in which people feel at ease and can flourish.
With commitment and passion, we tackle the challenges of modern aviation – and every year we enable around 9.1 million passengers and over 34,000 tonnes of cargo to travel safely around the world.

Our philosophy
Our aim: a working environment free from barriers and prejudice – characterised by respect, fairness and equal opportunities. This is firmly enshrined in the fairport Code of Conduct. As an airport, we have signed the Diversity Charter, thereby sending a clear signal of openness, respect and equal opportunities.
