Our values
At Stuttgart Airport, we bear responsibility – above all for our employees. The fairport code sets out binding corporate values. They form the basis of our actions and shape how we interact with each other – every day.
These values provide guidance. They influence decisions and promote a working environment in which people feel comfortable. We work together with dedication and passion to meet the demands of modern aviation. This enables us to transport around 8.4 million passengers and 40,000 tonnes of freight safely around the globe every year.

Our corporate goals
The fairport code reflects our commitment to acting in an environmentally, socially and economically responsible manner as an airport. As the fairport, we want to become one of the most efficient and sustainable airports in Europe in the long term.
To this end, we have defined six strategic corporate goals. They provide guidance, promote a common understanding and show how our vision can be implemented in our day-to-day. All employees can contribute to achieving these goals through their own initiative, reliability and commitment.
This is how we continue to develop Stuttgart Airport together and strengthening our position as the fairport.
