Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH is happy to assist with filming and photography work, provided that this is operationally possible. Please note the following information to ensure that everything runs smoothly:
Costs and conditions
Journalistic purposes: As a rule free of charge without special support
For increased support requirements: Costs according to the fee schedule (see below)
Non-journalistic recordings: Always subject to a fee

Interests of other companies operating at the airport
Special operating days (e.g. start of holidays)

Detailed description of the planned motifs
Indication of the target medium
Period and locations of the work
Number of persons involved
Tip: Allow sufficient lead time – processing may take longer, especially during holiday periods.
A permit is required for commercial film and photography, and a fee is payable. The Airport Media department will take care of everything. First, you must complete the form for commercial recordings.
Good to know: For advertising shots involving aircraft or in security areas, you will need additional permits from the relevant airlines or the Federal Police.
