Practical phases: Insights into airport management
If you are enthusiastic about aviation processes and would like to take on management responsibility, the Aviation Management course is the perfect way to get started. In cooperation with Worms University of Applied Sciences, our students combine sound theory with varied practical experience at Stuttgart Airport.
Right from the start, they are part of exciting projects - with direct insight into central areas such as terminal supervision, passenger and flight operations handling or ground handling services. This gives them a comprehensive understanding of all processes along the value chain at the airport.
Typical tasks during the course
Analyses, evaluations and optimization of operational processes - for example in terminal management or aircraft handling
IT-specific applications relating to the airport management system
Presentation of results to internal and external customers
Our students are accompanied by experienced training officers who make it easier for them to enter professional life. At the end, they are excellently prepared to take on qualified management tasks in the aviation industry and can work in many different areas from consulting to quality management and personnel management.
