Found a suitable position? Click on the Apply now button to go directly to the online application tool. There you can easily upload your CV, certificates and qualifications in just a few minutes. A cover letter is optional.

2. selection process

In the next step, the documents are checked. Each application receives the attention it deserves. This takes some time - in the meantime, it's worth taking a look at the information about the airport and working on campus on our website. Our social media channels also offer first impressions of the airport.

3. getting to know each other

The first exchange takes place virtually via Teams - together with the department and the responsible contact person from the recruiting team. This is about getting to know each other: who is behind the application, what professional and personal strengths do applicants bring to the table?

If both sides are convinced, another virtual interview follows - this time with the recruiting team alone. This is about details such as working hours, vacation entitlement and insights into everyday working life at Stuttgart Airport.

We then invite you to a personal interview at the airport.

You will remain in contact with the recruiting team throughout the entire process - you will be contacted promptly after the final interview.

As a rule, all advertised positions are still open. It is possible to apply for any published position.

What is important is what is stated in the Your qualifications section. The requirements listed there should match your profile as closely as possible.

Some selection procedures take several weeks. Anyone who has received a confirmation of receipt is still in the application process. You will receive feedback as soon as possible.

Occasionally we close the application phase before a position is finally filled - for example, if there are already enough suitable applications. In this case, we ask for your patience.

We will be happy to look for an alternative date. Changes at short notice are often difficult as several contact persons are involved. Unfortunately, we cannot offer appointments after 4 pm.

Yes, absolutely. In order to check at an early stage whether a collaboration is feasible, we require information on the desired fee in the initial meeting.
