Pilot authorisation (L)

Programme, price and registration

The pilot authorisation allows you to pilot vehicles with a temporary vehicle authorisation (pass) and / or drivers without driving authorisation for the relevant airport area.

Requirements and validity

Valid airport ID card with the scope H, N, S, A, V, G or C
Official class B driving licence
An existing driving authorisation for the high construction zone (FHZ) or the apron (FVF)
The pilot licence is valid for 24 months.

Dates and training location

Dates: Generally possible following the training for driving authorisation for the high construction zone (FHZ) or driving authorisation for the apron (FVF). Simply specify the pilot training course when registering for the corresponding driving licence.

Training location: by arrangement

Price and registration

Prices:

Initial training: 59.50 euros
Repeat training: 35.70 euros

Registration:

Registration takes place together with the training for driving authorisation for the high construction zone (FHZ) or driving authorisation for the apron (FVF).

For persons with an existing driving licence, an appointment is possible by prior arrangement by telephone.

Good to know: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to the day before the training course. A processing fee of 23.80 euros will be charged for late or no cancellations.
