Driving authorisation for the building construction zone (FHZ)

• Valid airport ID card with the scope H, N or S
• Class Bdriving licence
• The building construction zone driving licence is valid for 24 months
  

Theory

Dates: Generally in even calendar weeks on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to around 12.30 p.m. Dates on request. The course concludes with a final test.

Important: The training must be completed no later than 4 weeks after receipt of the airport ID card - otherwise the card will be cancelled.

Training venue Theory: Seminar room in the SkyLoop

Practice

• Date: will be arranged after receipt of registration
• Duration: approx. 1.5 hours
• Training location: Meeting point behind the east gate (airside)
• Training takes place in the entire area of the building construction zone - together with a trainer from Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH
• Electric vehicles from Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH will be used. Instruction on the respective vehicle is part of the training.
• The training concludes with a driving test

Note: Please bring high-visibility clothing in accordance with the applicable European standard to the practical session.
