Procedure, price and registration
The apron driving authorization (FVF) entitles the holder to enter and drive unaccompanied in the security area in the building construction zone, the general aviation area and the aprons.
Prerequisites
valid airport ID card with area of validity A, V, G or C
Official class B driving license
Valid apron driving authorization (FVF), validity date not yet expired
Dates
Theory:
Usually on Wednesdays from 8 am to about 11 am
Or Thursdays from 1 p.m. to around 4 p.m.
The course ends with a final test.
Practice:
We agree the date with the participants by telephone as soon as we have received the registration. The practical training lasts about 1.5 hours and ends with a driving test. Practice is carried out with FSG electric vehicles on the entire area of the building construction zone, general aviation and aprons - together with a trainer. A briefing on the respective vehicle is also included.
Good to know: You must bring high-visibility clothing in accordance with the applicable European standard for the practical session.
