The apron driving authorization (FVF) entitles the holder to enter and drive on the security area in the building construction zone, the general aviation area and the aprons unaccompanied.

Dates
Theory:
The theoretical training usually takes place on Tuesdays from 8 am to around 12:30 pm. There is a short final test at the end of the course.
Practice:
Once the registration has been received, the date for the practical training will be arranged by telephone. Duration: approx. 3.5 hours. Together with a trainer from Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH, the participants drive through the entire area of the building construction zone, the General Aviation Terminal and the aprons. Electric vehicles from Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH are used. A briefing on the respective vehicle is part of the training.
Good to know: You must bring high-visibility clothing in accordance with the applicable European standard for the practical session.
