Each year, Stuttgart Airport connects approximately 9.6m passengers with 100 destinations worldwide, making it the sixth-largest airport in Germany. This makes it an essential contributor to the region’s economy as well as an important employer with 9,500 people working on its site.
At Stuttgart Airport, we recognize our responsibility to minimize our impact on the environment and aim to become one of the highest-performing and most sustainable airports in Europe. We are committed as a company to have a positive influence on the economy, society and the state of the local and global environment. Our strategy for such is based on binding values and guidelines for our employees, all of which are compiled in our fairport code.
