On Monday, March 26, taxi drivers in Stuttgart have announced to stop their services between 8:00 and 12:00. Passengers are kindly requested to switch to public transport, rental cars or car sharing offers.
Each year, Stuttgart Airport connects approximately 10.5m passengers with 100 destinations worldwide, making it the sixth-largest airport in Germany. The airport is an essential contributor to the regional economy as well as an important employer with about 11,000 people working on its site.
